  • Prizes

We will have 2 prizes that will be distributed to 1. Most amount raised; 2. biggest number of sponsorship entries.

If you are not a student of the Suzuki Music Schools of Westport & Orange, you will be charged a $20 entry fee. You may choose to participate in the fundraising, in addition to the entry fee. Perform-a-Thon - FAQ

  • Does my child have to play for the whole 5 minutes?

No. A performance may be less than 5 minutes. The 5 minutes is a limit of how long a performance may be - there is no need to play for the whole time.

  • What does being a parent volunteer entail?

We need 2 volunteers per performance time-slot. They will make sure performers are ready to play and announce the performances.

  • What is the dress code for the performances?

Performers do not need to dress up for a recital - if you're coming from a sports event or going to one after the performance, you sports gear is welcome on stage!

  • How do we collect and turn in the paper sponsorship forms?

If you choose to collect your sponsorship in a paper form rather than online, we ask that you collect checks payable to the Suzuki Music Schools of Westport & Orange and deliver them (with the form) to our front desk by February 9th, 2018. Families are welcome to collect sponsorship donations until then.

  • How does the performance at Barnes & Noble help the school?

A percentage of the sales at Barnes & Noble on 1/27 will be donated to the Suzuki Schools. If you can't attend the BookFair at BN on the 27th of January, visit BN.COM/bookfairs to support us online from 01/27/18 to 01/31/18 by entering Bookfair ID 12255493 at checkout.
